New RSI Online Forum launched

Tingling fingers and hands, aching wrists or back pain are common symptoms associated with Repetitive Strain Injury better known as RSI. A common cause of RSI is the intensive use of the keyboard and mouse, long hours in front of the computer, bad posture and limited desk space. RSI is difficult to cure, however it may be avoided by a few simple wrist and hand exercises and frequent typing breaks. On the 3rd of September, the RSI Online Forum was launched, to help people with RSI communicate with one another and receive help and advice. The RSI Online Forum is maintained by Keytools who in March 2004 took over the RSI Association Website and has since strived to preserve the valuable work done by them. The new forum, which can be accessed by logging onto www.rsi.org.uk, gives all those who are interested, the opportunity to share thoughts, feelings and ideas with one another The forum, which is free and easy to use, gives participants the chance to benefit from shared experiences. For more information call Keytools on 023 8058 4314.
