Minimising Risks
Code of practice

Having taken a step by step approach to assessing where the potential for RSI is in their organisation and identifying who might be at risk, employers must implement the appropriate measures needed to prevent or control the risk of RSI.

The Approved Code of Practice to the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations sets out the principles which employers must follow when deciding the appropriate preventive measures to apply. The approach which the Code recommends is essentially an ergonomic and holistic one.
